Duties & Responsibilities
Investigation
• To monitor CCTV screens for the purpose of monitoring and detecting incidents from outlets and gather information and evidence
• To monitor outlet staff activities and report the findings
• To monitor transactions, void, refund, cash in accordance to audit checklist
• To respond to all CCTV request by customers
• To catch stealing case
• Investigate suspicious transaction
• To investigate all losses from outlet such as stocks and cash
• Assist the customers on his/her complaint
• To solve the case of abusing myNEWS loyalty card/apps
• To investigate the high cash variance
• To ensure complete supporting documents to all incident cases

Job Requirements
• Integrity
• Good knowledge of internal control
• Good knowledge of stocks inventory
• System knowledge, WMS
