PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist all project and fit out related administration paperwork.
  • To assist on new project utilities application for electricity and water, including power upgrading and change of tenant (COT) application.
  • To assist on local authority submission paperwork by dealing with architect, including partition and renovation permit.
  • To update project documentation and record including site measurement photos, site progress photos & report, construction drawings, as-built drawing, minutes of meeting
  • To assist on other works, deem suitable from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma, in Administration/ Human Resource/ Project Administration
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in project administration.
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under fast-paced projects environment.
  • Experience in dealing local authorities, architect, and contractors.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams software.
  • Willing to work for long hours and weekends/public holidays.
