Duties & Responsibilities

  • To manage the day-to-day negotiation (renewals) and paper works such as correspondence and landlord liaison based in office.
  • To manage, organize and update for reports related to tenancy agreement, master list for rental rate and etc.
  • To manage and follow up with documentation in the Real Estate Department and ensure all proper legal documents (including new and renewal tenancies) is in order.
  • To follow up with internal departments on payments, documentation and courier matters.
  • Any other miscellaneous administrative roles for the Real Estate Department.
  • To update competitor’s location on map.
  • The key liaison with auditors and other internal departments request, if any.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree in related field..
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess basic skills in Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Presentation.
  • Candidate with a degree in real estate related will be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, independent with the ability to multi-task.
