Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for all training executions in the outlet level.
• Work closely with the Training Executive to ensure information and any communications are delivered consistently to the outlets.
• Conduct new outlet opening training to identify gap and work with store teams to ensure all staff are trained.
• Conduct other trainings such as refresher/basic operations/new product/new services training for all outlet teams.
• Support the Training Executive in the development and updating of the training program materials and documents.
• Train and develop in-store Field Trainers to carry out in-store training by providing coaching and conducting regular follow up.
• Follow up on all new joiners to ensure that On-The-Job training is completed and acknowledge by the Store Manager.
• Prepare summarized training reports of training conducted.

• Manage and maintain training centres and equipment’s to ensure all are in clean, and good condition.
• Maintain and organize training records to ensure records are accurate and compliance are met.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Business Admin/Management or any related field.
• At least 3 year(s) of experience in training/learning and development.
• Experience in retail operations and soft skills training.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess own transport, and must be willing to travel domestically.
• Experience working in retail and/or F&B industry.
• Ability to maintain positive environment in the workplace.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
