Duties & Responsibilities

  • Site finding for new outlet expansion and landlord relationship management in southern region covering Johor Bahru
  • Carry out tenancy negotiation with owners/landlords/agents.
  • Ensuring smooth relationships between tenants and owners.
  • Providing leasing administration for commercial properties.
  • Handling and executing day-to day operations of commercial properties.
  • Managing existing tenancies which includes renewals.
  • Initiating work processes to enhance business growth.
  • Implementing best practices, procedures and standards in real estate operations.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years of working experience in related field.
  • Good negotiation skills and tenancy administration skills.
  • Well verse in tenancy agreements.
  • Possess reasonable spoken and written English and Mandarin.
