Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordination of internal resources and third parties/ vendors for flawless project execution.
- Coordination internal ordering and external ordering
- Monitoring main contractor and supplier, ensuring that all the aims of the project are met.
- Site visiting, good receiving or return, handover from landlord/owner/management and others relevant team.
- Coordination site info with internal Design Team, delivering materials and drawings development.
- Ensuring renovation is completed with technically perfect.
- Reviewing the quality and quantity of the completed projects up to the standards.
- Ensuring the actual site and drawing is tally.
- Ensuring good workmanship are carried out for all the site works.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordination with runners/ architect / bomba / to obtain local authority approval.
- Developing a detailed project plan for daily/ weekly progress tracking.
- Project evaluation upon completion.
- Site handover to internal store merchandising and operation, ensuring stock up is running smoothly.
- Justification to be use or change equipment with the existing layout with revamping layout.
- Arranging and selection main contractor for projects.
- Assist in add hoc tack assigned by superior from time to time.
- Assist in the cost control.
