Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle clerical and administrative work related to warehousing and logistics activity.
  • Provide general administrative duties, filing and data entry support
  • The role is primarily to provide administrative support and facilitate the smooth running of the warehouse operations. Supporting the operations activities at warehouse
  • Carry out other duties as instructed by supervisors and manager.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Possess basic skills in Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel.
  • Candidate with diploma or degree in Corporate Secretarial will be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
