Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain & manage all aspect of digital marketing, e-commerce and e-wallet.
- Monitor and keep an eye on current industry trends and conduct competition analytic from time to time
- Generate Weekly sales report for all e-commerce platform and report to Superior and Finance.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Handle brands for various online marketplace (Lazada, Shopee, Grab, Food Panda and etc)
- Manage e-commerce customer and all potential leads through effective and timely reply of email, WhatsApp.
- Maintaining product listing, update of pricing, propose promo mechanism for all online platforms.
- Implementing various online marketing activities & strategy.
- Assist in planning and executing all ecommerce and other digital advertising campaigns
- To assist the management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
