MERCHANDISING EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain & manage all aspect of digital marketing, e-commerce and e-wallet.
  • Monitor and keep an eye on current industry trends and conduct competition analytic from time to time
  • Generate Weekly sales report for all e-commerce platform and report to Superior and Finance.
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Handle brands for various online marketplace (Lazada, Shopee, Grab, Food Panda and etc)
  • Manage e-commerce customer and all potential leads through effective and timely reply of email, WhatsApp.
  • Maintaining product listing, update of pricing, propose promo mechanism for all online platforms.
  • Implementing various online marketing activities & strategy.
  • Assist in planning and executing all ecommerce and other digital advertising campaigns
  • To assist the management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Highly organized & meticulous
  • Able to prioritize and complete task efficiently
  • Able to work independently, multitask and with a high level of attention to detail whilst under pressure
  • Proactive, team player, highly organized and efficient with a can-do attitude
  • Able to anticipate changes and requirements
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
