• To support FF production innovation with R&D of Ready-To-Eat (RTE) and Counter Food (CF) & In-Store Food (ISF) products for myNEWS and myCU.

• To support FF Chef in the development of RTE and CF & ISF products with MyNEWS-Kineya (MK) & MyNEWS-Ryoyupan (MR) and/or external suppliers
• To test product samples and document all findings for follow-up, improvement and feedback to MK, MR or Suppliers.
• To contribute to the development of SOPs for new CF & ISF products, improvement of existing SOPs, troubleshoot any issues pertaining to SOPs and update SOPs as and when required
• To collaborate with Centre of Excellence (COE) team in training program for Operations to ensure successful new store opening, launch of new products and subsequently, product quality is maintained post-launch in every store.
• To investigate relevant customer complaints as and when required and provide recommendations for mitigation
• To support FF team and work with Operations on QC/QA in maintaining consistent product quality throughout the entire chain across all stores.
• To keep abreast of the current market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product offering and menu improvement
• To visit stores consistently and perform research on market trends and competitor analysis.
• To create effective relationships with outlet staff through regular touch points.
• To work with Korean counterparts to identify & materialise suitable innovation for CU.
• To ensure the CU brand image are upheld through every planning and execution.
