  • Preparation of offer letters to new joiners of Outlet Employees.
  • Creation of new employee ID for new joiners.
  • Distribution of starter kits to new joiners for HQ & Outlet Employees.
  • Thumb print and facial recognition registration arrangement for HQ & Outlet Employees.
  • Compile weekly report for all starter kits.
  • Assisting in Group Hospitalization and Personal Accident.
  • Actively engaging in HR employee engagement program/non-monetary program etc
  • Drafting of correspondence, memo, standard operation procedure as & when needed.
  • Assist in any adhoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Well versed in Employment Act 1955.
  • Good command in English and BM.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
