ASSISTANT MANAGER (REAL ESTATE)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To manage the day-to-day paper works such as correspondence and landlord liaison based in office.
  • To manage, organize and update for reports related to tenancy agreement, master list for rental rate and etc.
  • To manage and follow up with documentation in the Real Estate Department and ensure all proper legal documents (including new and renewal tenancies) is in order.
  • To follow up with internal departments on payments, documentation and approval forms.
  • Any other miscellaneous administrative roles for the Real Estate Department.
  • A Department Admin Controller for Real Estate Department who is based in office.
  • The key liaison with auditors and other internal departments request, if any.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (in Law, preferably), Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree qualification or equivalent.
  • Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • At least a 5 years experience would be an added advantage in the related field.
  • Demonstrates ability to be independent with minimal supervision and able to work in a team.
